The Nokia "Comes with Music" device does not seem that innovative. The cost of the "free" downloads are in the cost of the phone. It's as is someone gave you an iPhone and a $50 gift card to iTunes. The only innovative part seems to be in the wording of the licensing agreements. I would like to read one of them.
