		<description>I disagree in that I think the market impact factor will decide the outcome of this case.  That Rowling plans to produce a lexicon of her own is clear evidence of a potential market that would be displaced by allowing Vander Ark to publish his book now.

My prediction: if Warner and Rowling can earn royalties or sell a license, they&#039;ll ultimately let him publish irregardless of the outcome.</description>
